How do I make reverse DNS changes?
- Log in to your Customer Portal account.
- Click Submit a ticket.
- Next select the category and submit your IP's and DNS entries.
- Once thats done, we will make the changes on our end.
- Does this count for Plesk/cPanel shared hosting users? No, they can manage that from their account.
